We ship across India. Here's everything you need to know.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping — 4–7 business days from dispatch. Free on all orders above ₹999.

Express Shipping — 2–3 business days from dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional ₹200.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

PARTIAL COD

Orders placed with partial COD require a ₹99 advance payment. If a parcel is returned to origin (RTO) because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal at delivery, or the customer being unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, the ₹99 advance is forfeited and will not be refunded. If the RTO is due to a courier/logistics error (parcel lost, damaged in transit, delivery not attempted), the ₹99 will be refunded or adjusted against a reshipment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Occasional delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions may occur. We appreciate your patience.
