Refund policy

 

Every Treshire piece goes through quality checks before it leaves us. We take that seriously.

We do not offer returns or cash refunds. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

We accept exchange requests only in the following cases:

Item received is damaged or defective

Item received is different from what was ordered

Item received is incomplete

Exchanges are for the same product only. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit of equal value.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Contact us at connect@treshire.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Subject line: Order ID — Exchange Request

Include an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Requests without a video cannot be processed.

Once approved, ship the item back unused, in its original packaging with all tags intact. The return address will be shared by email.

Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Items that have been worn or used

Items without original packaging or tags

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
