If a piece isn't getting worn anymore - maybe it's just not you right now, maybe you want something new, simply send it back to us and we'll turn it into credit toward your next one. No forms, no fuss, just a message and a package.

Here's how it works

Start with a message on WhatsApp - send us your order number along with a couple of photos or a quick video of the piece.  

We'll take a look and confirm it's a genuine Treshire piece. That's all the photo tells us at this stage - the actual call on whether it's in fair condition happens once we've had it in hand, not from a picture.

Once we've confirmed it's ours, ship it over to us. We know self-shipping costs a little, so we add ₹50 on top of your credit to cover that.

From there, give us 3 to 5 business days to look it over properly. If it hasn't been deliberately damaged or altered, we'll process the exchange and get the credit into your wallet. We're not going to make you wait around longer than that.

What it's worth

If it's been less than 6 months since you bought it, you get back 50% of what you paid, as store credit.

Between 6 months and a year, that's 25%.

Past the one-year mark, it's outside the window - so if there's a piece you've been meaning to send back, sooner is better.

And that ₹50 shipping credit? That's on every single trade-in, no matter how many pieces you send.

There's no limit on how many you can bring back and no minimum value either. One piece or ten, as long as they're genuinely ours and genuinely yours.

A few honest details

This comes back as store credit, not cash - think of it as fuel for your next piece, not a refund. It stays valid for a full year, so there's no rush to spend it right away.

We'll need your original order number for each piece. The WhatsApp photo just confirms it's a genuine Treshire piece - the final call on condition happens once we've physically inspected it. Normal wear is completely fine, that's what jewellery is for. Deliberate damage or heavy alteration isn't something we can take back.
